Welcome! I’m Katie,
I’m here to support you on your journey toward mental well-being. With compassion and attentiveness, I strive to empower clients to face their challenges and discover the hope for a fuller life. I recognize that many come to me with difficult and personal issues, and I’m dedicated to creating a safe space for exploration and growth.
I also believe in the importance of supporting family members, friends, and colleagues of those facing mental health challenges. My approach is integrative and adaptable, tailored to each client’s unique needs, personality, and goals. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Mindfulness, Psychoeducation, and Play Therapy.
In addition to therapy, I’m passionate about promoting overall well-being through nutrition, physical activity, and proper rest. My experience includes working with camps, youth groups, adults with mental disabilities, and programs for at-risk children and youth, including those in Latin America. Growing up in a foster family has also shaped my understanding and compassion for diverse experiences.
In my free time, I love exploring the outdoors, gardening, and traveling whenever I can.

While we currently do not have specific group therapy sessions available, we recognize the value of community in the healing process. We’d love to hear your feedback on any topics or themes you’re interested in exploring in a group setting. Your suggestions will be kept confidential, and if there’s enough interest, we may reach out to discuss the possibility of starting a new group that aligns with your needs. Together, we can create a supportive environment for growth and connection.
